Orthodontic treatment will look a little different for the time being, but we’re working hard to ensure your safety as we continue to build your new smile.

We value our patients and their families. Our office will strive to continue providing quality care and the same great quality service you've come to expect from us, all in a safe and welcoming environment.

Changes You Can Expect

Scheduling Appointments

For patients in our Growth Guidance Program, all in-office observation appointments are paused indefinitely. We will contact you to perform virtual consults with the team and schedule an in-office appointment if deemed necessary.
We will have a strict limited number of appointments per day to help facilitate social distancing within the offices. Please make sure to schedule your appointments in advance to ensure we can accommodate you.

Visits to the Office

Before entering the office, please take your temperature at one of our thermometer kiosks at the front door. If your temperature is over 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, you will hear a warning from the kiosk and be asked to leave and will not be allowed to enter the office. We will call you to reschedule after a 14-day quarantine period and suggest that you go to receive a test for COVID-19.
If the patient is experiencing any fever, cough, or mild flu-like symptoms, or have a positive COVID-19 test, please stay home and call us to reschedule until free of any symptoms for at least 14 days. We cannot see any patients or family members who are ill or have been exposed to COVID-19.
Please bring your own mask and wear it to your appointment. If you are not wearing a mask, as required by CDPH guidelines, then you will not be allowed entry.
Patients will be asked to sanitize their hands upon entry into the office. Please use the hand sanitizer located by the thermometer kiosk.
The tooth-brushing and gaming stations for patients will be closed. Please prepare for this and brush your teeth before coming to your appointment.
Patients will be asked to rinse with a 3% hydrogen peroxide mouth rinse from a cup at the chair. Rinse for 30 seconds and then spit it back into the cup where the clinician will suction it.

Programación de Citas

Para los pacientes en nuestro Programa de Orientación del Crecimiento, todas las citas de Observación en el consultorio se pausan indefinidamente. Nos comunicaremos contigo para realizar consultas virtuales con alguien de nuestro equipo y programar una cita en la oficina si se considera necesario.
Tendremos un número estrictamente limitado de citas por día para ayudar a facilitar el distanciamiento social adentro de las oficinas. Asegúrese de programar su citas con anticipación para asegurarnos de que podamos acomodarlo.
Las emergenicas seguirán definiéndose únicamente como pacientes con dolor, sangramiento, o hichazón. Por ahora, los frenos dentales rotos y los alineadores o retenedores mal ajustados no constituyen una emergencia. Pero llamanos y posiblemente podremos verte, si hay disponibilidad.

Nuestro Equipo

Tomaremos las temperaturas de cada miembro de nuestro equipo inmediatamente después de su llegada al trabajo y al regresar de su lonche. Se pedirá a cualquier miembro del equipo que tenga una temperatura superior a los 100.4 grados Fahrenheit que se vaya a casa y no se les permitirá regresar hasta que tengan una prueba negativa de Covid-19.
Cada mañana, cada miembro del equipo responderá el mismo cuestionario de salud que nuestros pacientes están requeridos en responder. Si alguna pregunta les impide trabajar, se les pedirá que se vayan a su casa.

Reschedule If You’re Sick

Please reschedule your appointment if anyone in your family is experiencing any of the following symptoms, or if you’ve come in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Repeated shaking and/or chills
Muscle pain
Headache
Sore throat
New loss of taste or smell
