Why Touch Up Your Smile?

Even if the shifting is minimal, it can be stressful when you've put so much work into your smile. If you've experienced shifting, you don't have to start all over! You just need an orthodontist who can work with you to get your smile back on track.
The good news is that Dr. Bernstein offers Invisalign Touch-Up treatment to restore your smile to its full glory! With Invisalign Touch-Up, Dr. Bernstein can correct minor movements without lengthy treatment.
The benefits of Invisalign Touch-Up include:

Differences Between Invisalign & Braces
Unlike traditional braces, smooth plastic Invisalign aligners don't have metal components that can irritate your mouth.
Because they’re removed when you eat, you won't have to watch what you eat like you would when wearing braces – bring on the popcorn and peanuts!
In fact, you’ll need to take out your aligners to eat or drink anything other than water.
You need to make sure you’re willing to do that before you decide on Invisalign clear aligners.
To prevent staining, you’ll need to clean your teeth before putting the aligners back on after you eat. Of course, brushing and flossing are much easier than traditional braces since you don’t have to work around any brackets and wires.
Responsibilities of Aligners
Wearing your aligners for at least 22 hours daily is essential so they can do their job and straighten your teeth and achieve the desired results. But, with Invisalign, you can remove your aligners for special occasions.
Just as with traditional braces, you’ll generally need to wear a retainer after Invisalign treatment to maintain your new alignment and confident new smile.
