The Fine Print:

• Entries will be accepted October 30, 2023, 12:00 PM-November 21, 2023, 11:59 PM
• The winners will be picked by a team of judges and contacted and announced on Giving Tuesday,November 28, 2023
• Prize is non-transferable and must be used by the original nominee
• The winner must start their braces by November 28, 2024.
• In case the nominee is deemed ineligible to receive braces, a new winner will be picked with no consolation prize awarded
• Prize awarded is for 1 round of traditional metal bracket braces only and cannot be substituted or have the value applied to other services
