Patients Rewards
Our incentive based Berni-Bucks program is designed to help us work together while making your orthodontic experience more fun. As you will see, happiness is a beautiful smile and an on-time finish. This requires cooperation in brushing, wearing rubber bands and appliances, monitoring what you eat thereby avoiding braces damage, and keeping appointments.
At each regularly scheduled appointment during your treatment, you will have the opportunity to earn one Berni-Buck for each of the following categories:
- You kept your last appointment and arrived on time for the current appointment.
- You have no lost, bent, broken or loose wires, braces or appliances.
- Your tooth brushing and oral hygiene is good.
- Wearing your elastics, retainer or appliance produced obvious progress.
Bonus Buck: You wear your Bernstein Orthodontics T-shirt at your appointment.
- You have an improved grade on your report card.
- You have had a significant extramural achievement.

You will be responsible for keeping track of your Bucks and redeeming them. If we forget to give you your earned Bucks before you leave, please remind your clinical assistant before you leave the office. Your prize is our way of saying " thank you" for being such a great patient.
