Cases:


	Blue case is for current set of aligners. Red case is for the previous week's set of aligners. Keep cases out of the reach of children and pets.

Changing Aligners:


	After three weeks, remove aligners and put them into the red case to be saved. Place next stage of aligners in mouth. After an additional two weeks, the next set of aligners should be put in the red case. The previous set can be put in a Ziploc bag. Keep all sets of aligners. Place next stage of aligners in mouth. Aligner stages should not be skipped or accelerated.

Instructions for use:

The aligners should be -


	Worn at all times, except when eating, drinking, brushing and flossing about 22 hours of wear per day. Cleaned gently with a toothbrush and toothpaste whenever they are removed. Stored in the blue Invisalign case when they are not being worn. Always stored in a cool, dry place. Keep away from boiling water, bleach and other extreme cleansers.

Consult Dr. Bernstein prior to receiving dental restorations, as this may affect the fit of the aligners.
